Our customer, WTW, is a worldwide advisory, brokering, and solutions company that offers products and services to assist clients in risk management, talent development, and benefit optimisation, while safeguarding and fortifying institutions and individuals.

Our client’s goal was to build a technological solution that could extract, transform and represent the data belonging to one of its departments in order to enhance control over its financial decisions and adhere to the security standards set by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), specifically the CASS5 regulation, related to Client Money Calculation.

An initial research process was conducted in order to understand the current digital infrastructure built in the client. After the investigation, a proposal was made, taking into account that the clients would like to work with the QlikView tool, as it was being used to extract data from their different databases. Using Qlikview, Algorath built an ETL process, obtaining information from the different data sources and making the required transformations to convert them into valuable data.

Users from the corresponding departments can access different dashboards, where financial reports and data are displayed facilitating the accomplishment of CASS5 regulation. Reports can be sorted, ordered and grouped depending on the user’s needs.
